Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free of charge. Express shipping (see also the Express shipping section) incurs additional costs, which are shown during the ordering process.

If you do not like our product, you can return the goods free of charge within 30 days.

Shipping countries

If the desired destination country cannot be selected during the ordering process, please check whether you are in the correct country store. You can select the country at the top right of the country store selector on our website.

Express delivery

If available in your country, you have the option of selecting express delivery during the ordering process. For orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2 p.m., we will ship the goods on the same day so that they reach you on the next working day (Saturday excluded). Orders that reach us on Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday in Bavaria will be dispatched on the following working day (Saturday excluded).

Information on the calculation of the delivery date

The delivery times stated on the product page apply to deliveries to the destination country of the selected country store. In the case of the World Store for worldwide deliveries, a broad time period is specified as it cannot be limited individually. The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day. In principle, the items will be dispatched on the day of receipt of payment, provided that payment is received by 12 noon local time. If payment is received in the afternoon or evening, the goods will be dispatched on the following working day. If, in exceptional cases, an item is not in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be indicated separately on the relevant product page and during the ordering process.
